我校于2009年开办统计学专业，首届统计学专业学生将于2013年7月毕业。日前，2009级统计班学生朱可心收到英国约克等大学（The University of York）硕士研究生录取通知书。

朱可心作为本专业全面发展的优秀学生之一，四年来，学习勤奋努力，曾经获得校级二等奖学金；积极参加科技活动，参加2012年陕西省“挑战杯”大学生创业计划大赛获得银奖，率先发表论文《浅谈中国的家庭理财》（《中小企业管理与科技》，2011.6.）；广泛参与社会实践活动，获得《统计从业资格证》；喜爱文体活动，曾作为本班文艺委员，获得2010年学校舞蹈大赛三等奖。

在国外研究生考试科目中，托福（TOEFL）得分108（满分120），美国研究生入学考试（GRE）304（满分320）。目前，正与美国有关高校联系硕士研究生入学资格。
